Some proposals arrived at by CaRT (largely Sorwar) and LB (largely me) in response to the fraught situation with local residents at Angel (largely Noel Road). Most of this has been raised in meetings and on the list, but the final documents are still open for comment - please email the list before October 4th and i'll put together any feedback for Sorwar.

An update on CaRT development of new online and offline 'long term' moorings as of the UGM for London spring 2013. The minutes of the meeting confirm that the failure to inform any user-groups of these plans is something CaRT will look to rectify...
