If there is anyone you know who is struggling ( having enforcement action taken, may lose their home, finding it hard to financially cope etc) and could do with some friendly support, an intermediary or advice, they are very welcome to contact the Waterways Chaplaincy on the Lee and Stort, who will visit them and do their best to help and support them. Contact the main phone 07717 813682 - They can try and help before things get too far, and have a track record of success in helping boaters who are threatened with enforcement and/or having difficulty with claiming benefits.
